que tal giancarlo si yo hago fondo empece ase 1 año y 5 neses y lo que mas me gusto fue la media maraton que corri el 9/9/07 en buenos aires pero ahora voy a empezar a entrenar para 10k en cualquier momento nos juntamos para correr unos km
